Belated poll results

Here are the results from the two-week-old-yet-still-revelant web poll. When asked if Gary King should have included a requirement for a professional engineer's license for the new utilities director position, 62 percent of you said yes, but there is already somebody in mind for the job. 36 percent said yes, because a department should not be run by somebody with no credentials.

That means that a total of 98 percent of you said yes, the new Utilities Department should be led by an actual professional engineer. The remaining one vote went with the Pete Brandt option of saying that "professional engineer" is just a title.

This week's poll question is a bunch of garbage. Check it out.
